Chiquita Estavan, MA is a native of New Orleans, LA. She has used her gifts and talents by advocating, mentoring, and working with the youth for the past 23 years. She is a graduate of Southern University at New Orleans, and Prairie View A&M University. She is a proud mother of two, and a woman of God who continues to lead, and serve in any way that she can.
